What we design is what the documents say.
The project is developed in ArchiCAD and the engineering is coordinated in the same model. BIM is not the pitch: it is the guarantee that the design reaches construction documents fully coordinated.
Out of scope
Architecture only. We do not provide quantity take-offs or bills of quantities, construction management or administration, permits, licences or agency paperwork.
